Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering
How fast do tools and supplies ship?
Stock items are held in New Zealand and dispatched on business days. North Island delivery is a $15 flat rate, South Island $20, and free click & collect is available from our location.
Can I buy these without an account?
Yes. Tools and supplies in this range can be purchased directly through the site — add to cart and check out. Film and larger orders still use the enquiry process.
Using the Products
How do I mix Instagel?
Dilute with clean water per the ratio on the bottle for your install type. Use a slightly stronger mix for large flat panels where you need more working time, and a weaker mix for recesses and edges where you want faster tack.
Can you recommend a kit for my first PPF job?
Get in touch with the team through the contact page. Tell us the vehicle and film and we will point you to the squeegees, blades and slip solution that suit the job.
